"Laguna Beach" is rapidly approaching its season finale, which Zap2It is reporting will air without commercial interruption on Nov. 14.

While I'd like to join my friend Jay in saying kudos to Lauren for "not only having a cool house but for also being the (first) girl to tell Jason to take a hike" (his favorite line in the show? "How would you feel if I made out with an ex-boyfriend in front of you ... but I was sorry" — gotta love her!), the blogosphere seems to indicate that she and the bearded bad boy are still very much a hot item. Could Jason's blatant indiscretion be yet another staged event for this oh-so-real drama?
