This one's in memory of my brother Bill, who had the warmest Irish eyes I ever saw. Hard to believe he's been gone four years this week. ☘☘☘

So funny because I was just watching this on TV the other night. I wondered who that odd-looking woman was -- a rather butch Rosemary Clooney, it turned out! -- and had to remind myself how/why Danny Kaye was a household name when I was a kid. (Never figured it out!)

My family will never be the same again now that Bill is no longer with us. But don't think I'm not aware of how fortunate I am nonetheless, spending the holiday with the survivors. Hope you're having a wonderful Thanksgiving too with you and yours.
