P.S. I need your help. I have scoured the internet for proof of this memory but have come up empty handed. I have a VIVID memory of Carillo quietly but publicly coming out of the closet and seeing her one year at the GLAAD Media Awards in New York City in the aughts but there is zero record of either. Am I hallucinating? 

Wikipedia does, however, mention that after her divorce from Bill Bowden -- with whom she has two kids -- Carillo "has dated several women ... including author Sara Crummett (Marx)." Carillo isn't on social media, but Crummett's seems to indicate the two are very much in love!
