If nominated, Sanders can count on my vote. But truer words were never spoken than this tweet by Bill Palmer. (Bernie: You’re 78 fucking years old and stayed in even after your body begged you to step aside.) Now with Klobuchar, Buttigieg and presumably Harris all set to endorse Biden, what would it mean if Warren did, too?
Although she's far more ideologically in line with Sanders -- Biden's ties to the banking industry go against everything she believes in -- polling shows her voters overlap more with Joe's. (Some people think she's staying in to nab some of Bernie's votes but are we sure she isn't hurting Biden more?) Furthermore: What's ironic -- assuming the former New York mayor wasn't doing this all along to preserve tax cuts for billionaires -- is that Bloomberg entered the race to stop Sanders and now he is all but ensuring the democratic socialist wins or leads the delegate count going into the convention.
