With the passing of the great Doris Day, much has been written about the work she did to prevent animal cruelty. The tributes have been heartfelt and well-deserved -- and so many great old photos. But this 1970 print had for faux fur -- featuring Doris, Amanda Blake (1929-1989), Jayne Meadows (1919-2015), Angie Dickinson (1931-present) and Mary Tyler Moore (1936-2017) -- might just be my favorite memento of all.
