I have to say - I've seen a few episodes later at night lately, and it is not a show that has held up at all. I'm sure there are a few episodes (Jennifer Grey? Reese Withersppon? Christina Applegate? maybe).
IMDb says 236 episodes, but I have the same problem with long-running shows I've only caught a couple episodes of. Movies can be just as bad. Every time I happen by "Steel Magnolias," it's that horrible moment when Sally Field is having the tantrum at the graveyard.
