Gee, imagine: A professional athlete who's entitled and temperamental.
The Daily News reports:
Australian tennis star Bernard Tomic was arrested in Miami Beach after allegedly serving up a racket during a penthouse party. The world's No. 25 ranked men's tennis player was busted for trespassing and resisting arrest without violence after a series of noise complaints from his hotel room Wednesday morning, police said. Tomic was asked three times to lower his music and other noise by the hotel's security guards. He instead "pointed his finger aggressively towards (them)" and shut the door in their faces, according to the arrest affidavit. When met by police, the 22-year-old tennis hot shot was told that he was being evicted from the property and asked to gather his belongings and leave. Tomic allegedly refused to go, even after all of his guests had left, police said, suggesting that alcohol appeared to play a factor. He was consequently taken into custody before being released on $2,000 bail.Shirtless mug shot? When in Rome.

Tomic has a history of bad boy behavior. In Australia, he was cited for some naked hot tub wrestling with another guy. Tomic said they were just joking around, witnesses apparently thought otherwise and called police. Apparently there is video, I'll bet you can track it down and let us all see if it was a joke or not.
