South Carolina Officer Is Charged With Murder of Walter Scott

For those who don't believe there is a problem with the way our police interacts with minorities, ask yourself this:

Why were Michael Brown, Eric Garner, a 12-year-old (with a BB gun) and now this guy in South Carolina all "tried and executed" in the street while posing no legitimate threat to police, but armed James Holmes -- who had just murdered 12 people and injured 70 -- and armed Jared Loughner -- who had just murdered six and injured a dozen more -- and armed Ryan Giroux -- who killed one and shot five others in my old hometown Mesa, Ariz. -- were able to be apprehended unharmed?
