It's Christmastime in the City

[Carrie Bradshaw voice] As I left the newsroom tonight around 8 p.m. on what was to be my first Christmas Eve without someone to go home to since 2001, it got me thinking: Can we ever exorcise the ghosts of Christmases past? But as I made my way to the subway on Sixth Avenue, my eyes were drawn to the festive lights of Radio City Music Hall and the bustling of people coming from Rockefeller Center -- and I remembered New York City is always there waiting for me, ready to take me out for a good time no matter what my relationship status is. #carriewasaterriblewriter
