Because these things are of such import on the world scale... I looked back at some pics of RZ over the last few years, and you can see this face sort of coming into being. Some of the blogs did say, "This is a bad photographing make-up job." So there's that. I'm sure she's had the odd tweak here and there. But I think she may have just finally gotten over her baby face stage and now has a grown woman face. And I have to say I'm glad, because I wasn't a fan of that chipmunk cheek baby face of hers... #youneedtoknow
Mark I said the same thing. I had a "What the eff" reaction at first. Then I saw the media and my friends on social just shred her.
So I decided to look up her last movie. Which was almost 5 years ago so she has kind of been out of the public eye for 5 years. People are comparing her now to what she looked like in Bridget Jones (12-13 yrs ago) and Jerry McGuire (18 years ago)
She aged and as you said got rid of the baby face. It is just sad that his was a major news story.
I also dared my friends who put up mean comments to pull out the photos of them almost 20 years ago and none of them look the same.
It baffles me how reasonable people can look at her face and not see the work done to her eyes. It ain't healthy living or weight or color or photography, she had a serious eye job (the rest probably didn't change her face much, but she was so IDed as the squinty-eyed girl that the eyelids changing that dramatically really changed her whole look—not arguing for the better or worse).
