A kind reader sent me this photo of wrongly convicted murderer Ryan Ferguson (far left) and wanted to know if I thought the SEXY former felon had "gone too far" in his workout routine since getting out of prison -- to which I reply: Hell no! The boy's got a book to promote soon so why not pull out all the stops, just as he did HERE and HERE?

I'm glad he is making good use of his time after being sprung from the pokey. And I'm glad he's running around shirtless.
