It looks like someone is making a video documentary about the unfortunate changes Chelsea has been going through -- especially looking to talk to former regulars of the Empire Diner, which was run out of business, re-opened as something else, and closed up again. While it sucks that the neighborhood is losing an iconic storefront, The one time I chose to eat there it took 2 hours for food, which was horrible, the waiter was extremely rude, and the meal was insanely overpriced. Sometimes the fact it was good once is not a reason to continue to save it.
