Taylor Chapman, a 27-year-old former "low-buget commercial spokeswoman," wasn't happy that when a Dunkin' Donuts employee neglcted to give her a receipt, she was told her meal would be free the next time she visited the store. When she came in to claim her prize, the (new) employee bent over backwards to accommodate her. His reward? A vengeful, racist attack that even has Floridians outraged. )Dunkin' Donuts are mostly franchised, but the corporate office needs to give these employees a MAJOR bonus!) And I thought my brother got upset that time when they didn't have two of the chocolate creme-filled.
(FYI: The last minute or so -- when she's getting what she wants with no problem -- is when things REALLY get ugly.)
