I'm not sure when I became such a curmudgeon about adults dressing up for Halloween. With the exception of a party I went to in 2002 with my late friend Larry (above), I haven't dressed up routinely since I was about 22.
Still, I probably would have gotten a kick out of hanging out with Debbie Harry and Bette Midler yesterday at the New York Restoration Project party ...

Loving the Debbie and Bette photo. Debbie looks pretty amazing at 67 and it looks like both have their humor securely intact. Fun!
