I don't normally post any newspapers covers on the weekend, but this one really caught my attention. Two rapes in public parks in less than two weeks? Never in my many years of living in the city have I seen something this horrific. Between the uptick in uncollected garbage and subway rats -- plus numerous police shootings -- and now these high-profile attacks on women, I'm beginning to wonder if we are headed back to the '80s.
