  I'm not sure which is worse: To be targeted by a homicidal racist for being a minority he hates, or to be targeted by a homicidal racist who is so stupid he mistakes you for a minority he hates. (Remember the brothers from Ecuador who were "gay bashed" in Brooklyn for walking arm-in-arm a few years ago?) Either way, the massacre at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin will go down as a dark day in American history, and is exactly why we need hate-crime laws.
