Here we go, another kook with a loaded gun. According to media reports, the man who allegedly shot a security officer at the Washington headquarters of the Family Research Council has been identified as 28-year-old Floyd Corkins, of Herndon, Va. According to TPM, he expressed opposition to the hate group’s positions on gay marriage and had a Chick-fil-A bag on him when he entered the building. Although he reportedly did not agree with the fast-food chain's stance on LGBT issues, it's unclear (to me) whether he was able to resist eating the delicious hate-filled fried chicken sandwiches.
