Luing decided to self-publish his proposal to his beloved in a book called "Bliss: A Marriage Proposal for Charles Stephen Hughes." I'm still trying to figure out how and when I will pop the question to my boy. He initially proposed to me 3 times during our earlier courtship. Each time I declined. Granted my reasoning behind it was because he was completely drunk each time and marriage was not possible in the country we lived in at the time. All that has changed now and he's adamant I must propose now to him given his earlier (I so think they should not count)
