Robin Gibb will be laid to rest next Friday, with a memorial planned for later in the year. Found myself listening to the Bee Gees the entire way down to Washington and back over the Memorial Day weekend -- and was reminded by the beautiful version of "Islands in the Stream" Robin recorded about 10 years ago for a best-of collection. Kenny and Dolly's version is a classic, but Robin's acoustic take will give you a whole new appreciation of the song. Have a listen and tell me what you think:
