'Magic Mike' Premieres in L.A.

All the hunks -- Channing Tatum, Matthew McConaughey, Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer, Joe "Big Dick Richie" Manganiello -- turned out for the L.A. premiere of "Magic Mike," Steven Soderbergh's big-screen adaptation of Tatum's youthful career indiscretion. Two people I know have seen it -- one raved, likening it to very early-1970s films, "kind of 'Klute' or "'he Conversation' in terms of its fluidity and off-handedness" and raving "not only a good movie as far as its acting and directorial style go, but pretty hot as well. LOTS of nudity, male and female" while another said it was "curiously unsexy" and that the script was "not a particularly distingquished piece of writing." To each his own. Guess we will all have to suffer through it to decide for ourselves!

Female nudity? WTF? That just might be a deal breaker. I may wait until this one comes to Netflix.

I would watch Bomer read the phone book anywhere with that sexy voice and those looks. Totally classy guy and role model that has talent and class. Not many like him! Other stars must dread it when he shows up on the carpet, he always outdoes everyone.
