No Clowning Around

I posted this on Facebook and the general consensus was that the guy behind the counter had the right to defend himself, but then it took it too far. I don't know, the second a customer (male or female) assaults someone at their job and then leaps over the counter -- was she armed? Was this a robbery ploy? How was he to know? -- I say all bets are off. This guy has a violent past, but how many of us have ever been assaulted at work and then had our attacker come after us for more? There's no telling how anyone would react in that situation. (Come strike me at MY desk when I'm writing headlines and see what "I" do to ya.) Not sure Rayon McIntosh is being treated fairly given the situation. Cops are instructed to shoot to kill -- when they could easily shoot to disable -- yet an untrained person is held to a higher standard?

Too bad they took the video down before I got to see it. Must have been important.
