I was never clear why the Go-Go's were going to be on the season finale of "Dancing With the Stars" in the first place (my guess was that Disney honcho Rich Ross is a fan), but after trying to see them perform "We Got the Beat" -- way off in the background behind a bunch of annoying people ... dancing -- I'm even less clear. Looking forward to a less-obstructed view when they play Irving Plaza on June 3 here in New York, celebrating the 30th anniversary of "Beauty and the Beat"!Wednesday, May 25, 2011

I was never clear why the Go-Go's were going to be on the season finale of "Dancing With the Stars" in the first place (my guess was that Disney honcho Rich Ross is a fan), but after trying to see them perform "We Got the Beat" -- way off in the background behind a bunch of annoying people ... dancing -- I'm even less clear. I was so disappointed with camera time the girls got. I know it's a dance show, but come on...
