When You're Here, You're Family

This is what happens when you're from North Carolina and your name is Ken, aka my best friend in Washington.

If Mary and Merry can have the same pronunciation even though they're spelled differently, why can't Ken and Kin? ;-)

I have friend's named both Ken (well, technically Kenn) and Kin. Usually it is Kin who gets mistaken for a Ken.
