Just stopped by the new shopping mall that has taken up residence in Peter Gatien's old Limelight nightclub on Sixth Avenue, and not a single person in former Episcopal Church of the Holy Communion offered to sell me Ecstasy, cocaine or even weed. A sad day for New York.

Now that's blasphemy.
As horrified as I am by this turn of events, I am also curious to check it out.
i went to limelight one time. it was amazing. this is an abomination. so sad. i miss the old new york...it's becoming so 'denver'.
