I wish Sarah Palin would fade away into (punchline-only) obscurity as much as the next guy. But with John McCain's through-with-her aides leaking all of these wonderful tidbits about everyone's favorite first runner-up, I don't see it happening anytime soon. Did she really not know which countries make up the NORTH AMERICAN Free Trade Agreement, or that Africa was a continent? (!!!) (God, this gift just keeps giving.) And don't believe for a minute that the $150,000 luxe shopping sprees weren't ENTIRELY her idea -- not that you did. And what did you think of her concession speech on Tuesday night? They're saying now that she is in line to run for the Senate from Alaska when the current senator goes to jail.
