Queens for a Day

A slew of familiar faces were out in Flushing Meadows, N.Y., yesterday to attend the 8th Annual USTA Serves OPENing Gala fundraiser at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Based on the photos, I think it's safe to say blondes definitely have more fun ...

I thought everyone looked great last night, especially Virginia and Billie Jean. Too bad Jimmy skipped. I would have enjoyed seeing Edberg and Rafter too.

Blondes may have more fun, but they don't age that well... I'm just sayin'.

oops...scrolled down, looked away and read "Martha Stewart" when I should have read "Ilie Nastase"

How amazing did Gabriela Sabatini look last night? Sure she was a one-Slam wonder who spun in her first serves at 45 mph, but damn she's stunning looking in retirement.

And the lame US Open website doesn't have even one picture of her from last night's opening ceremony?!? What gives?

Don't get me wrong, I'm still very gay. But Sabatini confuses me just a tiny bit.

I don't think I'm the only one who feels that way--even that home-wrecking floozy Chris Evert had to feel Gabi's buff arms last night. (Martina and Billy Jean were probably near fainting...)

I did miss Edberg, but where's the fun if he shows up wearing pants that cover up those amazing thighs of his?

Boris just gets better and better -- he was always the hottest...
