  • Justice for Whom? In 1999 a beautiful young woman named Kendra Webdale was pushed in front of an oncoming subway train just a few blocks from my house. The man who did this to her had a history of mental illness -- and a history of using his mental illness as an excuse for bad behavior that he knew was wrong. After a mistrial and a retrial, he was convicted and sentenced to life in prison. Can Kendra's family now try to put this horrible nightmare behind them? No -- now he's getting a third trial. (NYD)

    Yes, he's a horrible person, but oh those eyes...
