Song of the Day: 'I Don't Feel Like Dancing' by Scissor Sisters

The couple songs of the Scissor Sisters I've heard make me wonder if I would have been an actual fanboy had I not stopped paying attention to most new music decades ago.

Jake Shears and I chatted online one night after I learned we went to rival high schools in Mesa, Ariz. -- what a cutie pie!

If "Take Your Mama" is a lost Elton John song, this is Andy Gibb's missing fourth No. 1!

How about dancing in the sheets?

Song of the Day: 'Take Your Mama' by Scissor Sisters

Came across a 2006 post where I lamented not knowing who Jake Shears is. Thirteen years later I'm still not entirely sure -- I know he's hot, which seems like the most important thing, and I did find out he also went to high school in Mesa, Ariz. -- but now Damian taught me about this gem.
