  • Supreme Fuck-up: Alito Is Sworn In On High Court / Hold on to your coat hangers from the dry cleaners. (WP)

  • R.I.P: Coretta Scott King Leaves Own Legacy / May she rest in peace. (WP)

  • No R-E-S-P-E-C-T: The NFL offended Aretha Franklin when they didn't ask her to perform during the halftime show (the Rolling Stones got the honor), but apparently all is forgiven now that she has signed on to perform the national anthem. • Pacific Rim Job: Washington state governor signs gay rights bill / Wouldn't it be great if every state in the union were as progressive as South Africa? (Advocate)

  • H&R Fag: Gay Couple Challenges the Government by Refusing to Pay Taxes / I've always thought taxes were for breeders, too. "We're here, we're queer, we're exempt from it ..." (AHN)

  • Lisbion Lovers: Portuguese lesbian couple opens debate with marriage bid / I didn't even know they had lesbians in Portugal. (AFP)
