Very sad to hear that Teena Marie died Sunday at her home in Los Angeles. I always knew she was a big star in the R&B world and a critics' darling. But as a casual fan, I had no idea she had led such an interesting life, including an appearance on "The Beverly Hillbillies" when she was 8. At 54, she was way too young to die. RIP, Teena Marie
