I have just one question about this judge in Key West -- who has been fair in his rulings on LGBT issues -- who is resigning after his Manhunt profile was brought to the public's attention. Why? More HERE.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Having been involved in a similiar situation, I do think it's a tad delusional for him to claim he was the victim of "an inappropriate invasion of [his] privacy." As a judge, I would think he would be extra cautious about things like this, and I would expect that a straight judge turning up on a swingers site could/would make news, too. The moral of this and any other online story is always the same: Don't put anything out there that you wouldn't want the world to see. But if you do choose to use a site like Manhunt, have the wherewithal to stand your ground if it comes up later. He did nothing wrong, so by resigning I feel like he is acting as if he did. What's worse, Gov. Rick Scott -- no friend of the gays -- now gets to fill the hole. (Pun intended.)
