I'm ambivalent about this. First Pinkberry moved into Chelsea and drove (my fave) the Lite Choice out of business. Now 16 Handles -- one of those do-it-yourself fro-yo places where you pile on the toppings and then weigh the damages once it's too late -- moved in and drove Pinkberry out. This is has the makings of a sequel to Bill Forsyth's "Comfort and Joy."
