On the Rag, Vol. 322
A weekly look at what's making news in the free gay mags:
Echo: The Phoenix rag celebrates 25 milestones in Arizona’s LGBT culture that predate its publication, but all I can look at is their Throwback Thursday photo from 1992!
Read HERE.
Next: Miami’s White Party celebrates 30 years with its upcoming Diamond Jubilee / Read HERE.
Get Out! magazine: Jennifer Hudson tells the rag that her "personality is coming through her music." / Read HERE.
Metro Weekly (DC): The hilarious Tig Notaro is taking her show on the road ! Read HERE.
Grab (Chicago) declares husband-hunting season officially on! Online edition HERE.
Who Wore It Better?
Dwyane Wade or Cam Newton?
I would also accept Laura Petrie ...

Farewell, Derek Jeter
I've never been a big baseball fan, but huge fan of baseball players. I've always loved their beefier bodies, as opposed to soccer and tennis players, where pretty faces still lure me in. Derek Jeter meant a lot to a generation of Yankee fans -- and sports fans in general -- and in a world filled with bad behavior, he was remarkable in his long career as a player and role model. So bidding the Captain farewell is all just a long-winded way to run this 1997 photo him and four other hot Yankees -- Alex Gonzalez (hubba hubba), Edgar Renteria, Rey Ordonez and the disgraced Alex Rodriguez.
