With his ranking down in the 60s I'm not even sure how Robby Ginepri is getting into the main draw of these tournaments anymore, not that I'm complaining ... (See all Robby posts HERE.)

Poor Robby Ginepri. He finally gets some momentum going in his career again and then he draws his French Open nemesis Fernando Gonzalez in the first round of Wimbledon. He played three close sets, but lost to the 15th-seeded Chilean, 7-6 (7-3), 7-5, 7-5. Hang in there, Robby. You still had the coolest threads out there -- look how that shirt shows off the guns ...

Wow, what a sight for a sore cornea! A kind reader took these photos of Robby Ginepri on the practice court yesterday gearing up for this weekend's tournament in Indian Wells, Calif. After a disastrous 2007 season, the hunky American is off and running this year, having reached the semifinals of all three events he's entered, racking up an 8-3 win-loss record and wins over James Blake and Marcos Baghdatis. With his furry chest and that bubble butt, something tells me Robby'll do just fine playing out in Palm Springs, the land of bears and daddies. See the complete set here.
Poor Robby Ginepri. He just can't seem to catch a break these days. This photo from his 6-4, 3-6, 7-5 second-round loss yesterday to Agustin Calleri of Argentina at the Pilot Pen tournament says it all. Next up for Robby is the midget who won't quit Olivier Rochus, his opponent in the first round of next week's U.S. Open. If he can somehow get through that (unlikely as it is), his bad fortune will only get worse. Next up if he gets through? Gonzo. Not the best draw for our hairy hero, now is it?
(212) fave Robby Ginepri finally didn't lose in the 1st round this week -- and even took No. 5 seed Nikolay Davydenko to a third set, but is it too little too late for America's Next Top (Male) Model? Posted by Kenneth M. Walsh at 7:12 AM 1 comments

Hunky Robby Ginepri shaved his beard and his court time losing to Tomas Berdych of Czech Republic in straight sets in the third round of the BNP Paribas ATP Tennis Masters Series in Paris. Although he picked things up toward the end of the season, Robby isn't going to be qualifying for the Masters Cup in Shanghai, so it looks like it's time to head back to Georgia and regroup. Looking forward to seeing Robby (and his hot trainer) in Australia. (AP)Robby Ginepri was up a break in the third against Andy Murray yesterday in Cincinnati, but wasn't able to hold his lead. He's packed his bags so I'm wondering if this is the last blog entry we'll be seeing or if the ATP will give him another crack at it (Miss Waffle House didn't even get a second visit as of last night).
Also, I got an e-mail from a reader last time asking if I knew who the "smoking hot guy sitting in the Ginepri camp seats" was. I only saw the match highlights so (sadly) didn't get to see this specimen with my own eyes, but my guess was it might have been Robby's trainer Jamie. Anyone know for sure?

Just because I post action photos of tennis hottie Robby Ginepri every other day doesn't mean I can't make him today's Sporting Wood, especially when I get sexy photos like these sent to me from a sweet reader who calls herself Boca Babe. Woof!
After a stellar 2005 it's been nothing but bad news for (212) fave Robby Ginepri. After only winning three matches all year, Robby finally had a decent result last week at the Stella Artois tuneup for Wimbledon (photos above), but then immediately suffered a setback this week when he suffered a mysterious "respiratory problem" and had to return in the first round at Ordina against Fabrice Santoro.
