I should make United a list of things that would make our travel experience better.
Let me start:
*Clothes that give the flyer the appearance they just awoken for the day and are thinking they are at home alone.
*Bare feet
*Flayers behaving like they are on a charted plan.
*Haggling with other passengers who booked a window seat, or any seat in particular, to accommodate another flyer's lack of planning.
