After a preposterous bi phase in late ‘86, I made it official with friends in 1987 (and my parents in 1988, the year this photo was taken on my first boyfriend's balcony while I was attending Arizona State University) -- but I knew I was *special* from the time I was in first grade and couldn’t stop noticing the waistband of Mark Perrin’s Fruit of the Looms while he swung on the monkey bars at Hiller Elementary ... #NationalComingOutDay
