I really liked Prince and I really like John Mayer (well, his music). Just because someone is not from your "youth" (or aren't trying to sound like they are) does not mean they don't make good music. And maybe not the best time to joke about people dying. (I'm not a huge fan of either, but come on.)
It's after 2 a.m. and I just got back from attending my friend Larry's funeral in Fort Lauderdale. I hope to resume regular blogging...

I woke up to a clock radio December 8, 1980 to the guy on the radio saying John Lennon was murdered last night. That was the end of my youth.
Why would someone as humorless as Macguffin even bother reading this blog?
Sandy has a point because there is that movie Friends with Benefits, I think, where Emma Stone's character jokes about John Mayer.
