That's very impressive considering you said you bought a Curve. Mine takes horrible pictures. It's an older model though (8330), which one do you have?
Try taking a picture in a low light scenario, you may find it unpleasant. If you're gonna use the camera a lot you may reconsider and go with the Incredible. It has a dual flash 8 megapixel camera.
I read that you don't like change but the Blackberry has the same things as the Incredible, it's just sub-par in terms of quality.
Mine's the 8530. I haven't tried it indoors yet, but I bought my old phone because of its supposedly great camera (with flash) and it sucked too, so I'm not holding my breath on any cellphone camera being too great!
