5th Degree: Following a wave of bad publicity involving hostility toward gays, Scottsdale, Ariz., leaders met with LGBT leaders on Wednesday. BFF Potential: Did you hear about the former model who beat the crap out of a wouldbe mugger on First Avenue near 38th Street until cops finally pried her off? Silva Natividad, 54, credited the TV show "COPS" for spurring her to tackle Jonathan Burkes. "He grabbed my money and pushed me ... I was pissed. Angry doesn't begin to describe how I felt." Burkes finally broke free and ran across the street, but his incensed victim was hot on his tail, and she caught and tackled him again. She called 911 and told the dispatcher, "If you don't come and get this guy I'm going to kill him." You go, girl! (NYP)
