We're in that weird period where the European clay-court season resumes just as the North American hardcourt season begins. Full photo report BELOW.
Taylor Fritz downed Australian Aleksandar Vukic 7-5, 6-7(5), 6-4 in the final to lift the ATP 250 trophy in Atlanta. Despite letting slip two championship points on return at 6-5 in the second set, Fritz held his nerve to close the two-hour, 16-minute clash in a deciding set.
Alexander Zverev -- who has again been accused of domestic battery -- defeated Laslo Djere 7-5, 6-3 to capture the Hamburg Open.
Aussie Alexei Popyrin edged (former Roland Garros champ) Stan Wawrinka in the Umag final, 6-7(5), 6-3, 6-4, to claim his second ATP Tour title
Top-ranked Iga Swiatek won her fourth title of the year and her first at home by routing Laura Siegemund 6-0, 6-1 in the final of the Poland Open on Sunday.
Elisabetta Cocciaretto crowned herself as the champion at the Ladies Open Lausanne on Sunday. The Italian, who was the second-highest seed in the draw, defeated Clara Burel in a two-hour-43-minute three-setter. Cocciaretto eventually prevailed 7-5, 4-6, 6-4 over the French player.
And No.7 seed Arantxa Rus ended the run of German wild card Noma Noha Akugue 6-0, 7-6(3) in Sunday's final of the Hamburg Open to capture the first Hologic WTA Tour singles title of her career.
