Mark Allen to Be Recognized for Lifetime Achievement in Go Go Boying

A reference to Club USA on a "Seinfeld" rerun tonight reminded me that I wanted to give a shoutout to my pal Mark Allen, who is being duly recognized tomorrow night. Congrats, Mark!

He writes:
I’m honored to be the recipient of a Glam Living Legend Award for my lifetime of service as a go go boy in the world of NYC nightlife during the heady 1990’s. I will be presented the award during the streamed 22nd Annual Glam Awards, this Monday the 25th (tomorrow!) at 8pm. This has turned into one of the most star-studded Glammys yet. What a line-up! Even if you don’t want to see me get the Oscar for dancing in my underwear, and my acceptance video, it’s still gonna be one dazzle-dazzle of a show. Oh... if my Bible School teacher back in Texas could see me now! See you there!
