Anyone attending this year’s Citi Open? In college I lived for one semester close to where the FitzGerald Tennis Center is, but it didn’t open till about two years later. Then while living in Washington I don’t think I ever attended the tournament (known as the Sovereign Bank Classic, then the Newsweek Tennis Classic) because it was only men and always 1,000 degrees. Today’s bisexual format seems ideal, even if I’ve since become more interested in the dudes ...
