Page 1 Roundup (01/14)

Your intentions are pure, Rebecca Hall. And I am thrilled that society is finally realizing we should err on the side of believing people who claim they were abused. But as with several other #MeToo accusations -- have you heard about James Franco's girlfriend who says he tried to persuade her to give him head? OMG!!!! -- each one needs to be weighed on its own merits. And all evidence points to the high likelihood that it was Mia Farrow who has so cruelly abused daughter Dylan, not Woody Allen ...

The world s problems cannot be solved in a day, Why are we talking about pervert Woody and crazy Mia when Yellow hair fat boy sent a nuclear alert to Hawaii yesterday?

What did these dudes expect when they became male models? I mean seriously that it's like if you are hired for a gay porn film and then refuse to touch the other guy's dick. They were hired for their looks not their IQ. And before anyone accuses me of victim shaming I do believe that sexual harassment is wrong on any level but this sounds like someone is trying to make money and the New York Times is using sex to sell their over priced paper.

Let's refocus.

I loved Oprah's speech last Sunday. As I heard it, one thing was missing. There was no mention of men.

Men ARE/SHOULD be part of the MeToo movement. There have been a few reported at the beginning. Men, as well as women, in all walks of life, are placed in sexually compromising situations where their livelihood is at stake. Men may have a greater effort to self-report because they are a "man." How can one look themselves in the mirror and say I am a good person when they have wielded their power to get someone to do something against their will.

I say men SPEAK UP!! It's about ALL of us. No more! #METoo
