Stephen Colbert's "Better Know a District" series is my favorite thing on television. But I thought I'd seen it all until he "got" Rep. Dan Kildee -- who represents the district that contains Madonna's accidental birthplace (her mother happened to be near a hospital in Bay City when she went into labor, but Madonna grew up in Oakland County) -- to "Vogue"!
