I attended a beautiful memorial service for John Wilson yesterday evening on the top floor of The New York Times Building. The place was overflowing with people -- and emotions. John's partner, Dick Poirier, gave a beautiful little speech (there wasn't a dry eye on the house) followed by a number of John's friends and colleagues, plus a sweet thank you from John's mom. A fitting farewell to a man who touched many people's lives. These are some photos from the memory book that I think really capture John's sweet spirit. We miss you.
