LA letter to the editor re 303 Creative. This theory ONLY works if you REQUIRE the businesses who want to discriminate to include that information in their advertising, their social media presence and on the front door of their physical locations. Then, not only community members would know they are bigots by being refused service, but allies would also be made aware and could choose to take their business elsewhere as well.
My husband and I like to travel, and we don't necessarily like going to "gay havens" like Key West or the Canary Islands. But, on the other hand, we don't want to risk making someone angry and looking at 50 lashes or years in jail either. People think that because they are American citizens or British Citizens, they are "immune" from the laws of the country they are visiting. Think again. Also, screw them. They don't deserve one CENT of my hard earned money.
