Pride (In the Name of Love)

Kicked off NYC Pride the old-fashioned way tonight — in person. My friend Greg and I had a great time at Queerty’s Pride 50 party at Pier 59, catching up with writer Michael Musto, City Council member Erik Bottcher and filmmaker Brian Sloan, as well as watching Michael Urie and others receive their awards. Pride has taken on a more significant meaning in these hateful years, so it was nice to share an upbeat moment with likeminded peers, after a couple of Covid-induced years of lying low. ❤️🏳️‍🌈🙏
