I wish I knew the back story to this photo - it's hilarious. And how nice to see a policeman without tactical gear on. The good old days?
This is the UC Berkeley Naked Guy Luis Andrew Martinez in front of Sproul Hall who attended classes naked and organized a campus nude-in. He passed away in 2006.
