I know I may be late to the party -- file this under ICYMI -- but just listened my first episode of Ask Your Gay Uncle and liked what I heard ... and not just because I wondered if had one myself. 😏
Titled "Objectification With a Side of Consent, Please," the podcast’s 2021 premiere features Guncles Tommy and Ben answering a listener question about oversexualization and objectification in gay culture, particularly on social media. (Ben opens up about his sexualized Instagram persona.)And then Tommy presents his Gauntie of the Week to trans tennis player Renée Richards, who famously sued for the right to compete as a woman and won -- but says she wouldn't do it again because the only reason it wasn't wildly unfair was because she was a 42-year-old smoker!

Did you read Renee's 2nd book, 'No Way Renee'? She talks about her relationship, estrangement with son later on... of course the first book was made into a movie with Vanessa Redgrave.
