Weekend Tennis Diary

Another crazy week of tennis action. Got to see Filip Krajinovic outplay Borna Coric in the Eastern European Championship. (Borna didn’t look 100% against 107-ranked Damir Dzumhur, either.)

The winning shot

Have probably seen the most World Team Tennis this season since I ballboyed for the Phoenix Sunsets in 1983 and the Phoenix Racquets in 1980

The league has its hottest doubles team in a while: Stevie "Daddy" Johnson and Austin "The Ass" Krajicek

The Ultimate Tennis Showdown resumed action in Nice, France. Like Borna, Grigor Dimitrov isn't looking 100%, and has been opening up about how difficult returning to play has been since battling a fairly mild case of Covid-19.

Meanwhile, Corentin Moutet is as volatile as ever. But god does he look good in those pinstripe shorts.

The million-euro question

UTS hunkpire

Lefty Liam Broady has been in winning form back in the U.K., on and off the court ... now it's time for a co-ed Battle of the Brits

Figured out Borna's new "best friend" is fellow player Krstin Pedja. (I hope the Crotian cutie's parents don't mind that he's getting so close to a Serb!)

Back at the Greenbrier, the Bryan brothers learned what happens when you go hiking with your gay friend.

Who worked it better: Jamie Murray or Vasek Pospisil?

Watch him get drilled here.

As(s) you like it

Sex on a Canadian beach

Tommy Fabbiano puts it all out there

Can hardly blame World Team Tennis for using Tommy Paul in a lot of its promotional material

He's their greatest asset

Happened to catch both of his matches against Ryan Harrison, which was more like a Randy Blue fantasy come to life.

Ryan and Neal Skupski are also ad-worthy

Matteo Berrettini is on top of the world, but will his game be?

I like that Robert Farah's girlfriend knows what she's doing when handling his social media

Cheers, mate

Russian bromance: Karen and Andrey

Germany's Andreas Mies can't stop being handsome

Lucky dog got to play with Italian hunk Simone Bolelli

Chris Evert and Billie Jean King paid tribute to their tennis-loving friend Regin Philbin, who died at 88

Diego Schwartman has expressed concerns about playing the U.S. circuit, but says he needs to be cause "tennis is my job."

Now Alexander Zverev is trying out David Ferrer?

Will be Gael Monfils and Elina Svitolina be walking into the sunset?

Great tennis roundup...but no pic reflecting Austin's nickname? need evidence.
